Kahani – Indigenous Craftwork

You know how I get all excited when a brand is about preserving age-old cultural traditions, and especially when it focuses on handmade traditions of spinning, dyeing, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery.

Introducing, Kahani

Spring/Summer 2012 Collection of Scarves. These are 100% silk, 100% wool, and some are a combo of cotton/silk or wool/silk made with passion by handloom weavers of Kutch, India. Have a look at the amazing pictures and learn more about Handloom weavers, Blockprinters and Bandhani Artists here.

Drop by their facebook page to check out updates on new arrivals, events and promos.
